Rand prices are billed through PayFast. Dollar prices are billed through Paddle, which works out any sales tax at checkout. You choose when you pay.
Pricing questions
Is there a limit on documents or signatures?
No. Individual plans include unlimited documents and signatures, and we do not charge per signature or per envelope.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we email you before it ends.
Which payment methods are available?
South African customers can pay in rand through PayFast. Everyone else can pay in dollars through Paddle. The two price lists are independent, so a rand price is never a currency conversion.
Do my signatories pay anything?
No. People you send documents to do not need an account and never pay.
How does team pricing work?
An organisation account has its own price, made up of a base amount and a price per seat. Tell us about your team on the contact page and we will come back with a number.
