Write a template in Signetec or import it from a Google Doc, set up its fields (Required or optional), and look after your templates.

The agent profile, Google Sheets (organisation data and client lookup), values typed on the day, and what the signatory fills in.
4. On-the-fly preparation
For agents: choose a template, prefill from a client sheet, check what was left blank, and generate the document.
5. Sending and signing
Set up signatories and verification, what the signatory sees, the three ways to sign, and the finished evidence.
6. Where your documents are kept
What Signetec stores and for how long, saving signed documents to your own Google Drive, templates linked to Google Docs, and closing an account.
